This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for FlexLearn AI purchases, subscriptions, credits, uploads, deletes, and other paid services.
By purchasing or using paid features on FlexLearn AI, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Credits
Credits purchased or included with a plan are used to access certain platform features, including uploads, deletes, quiz generation, or other AI-powered tools.
Once credits are used, they are non-refundable.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for money.
2. Uploads and Deletes
If an upload, delete, or AI-generation action uses credits, those credits are considered consumed once the action is submitted or processed.
We do not offer refunds for credits used on uploads, deletes, generated quizzes, summaries, flashcards, or other completed platform actions.
3. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but it does not automatically refund prior charges.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at info@flexlearnai.com. If we confirm a duplicate charge, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
5. Technical Issues
If a technical error prevents you from accessing purchased credits or paid features, contact us at info@flexlearnai.com.
We may, at our discretion, restore credits, provide replacement access, or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
6. No Refunds for User Error
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Accidental uploads;
- Accidental deletes;
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal;
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results;
- Failure to review generated content;
- Uploading the wrong document;
- Not using purchased credits;
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
7. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, you may lose access to unused credits, paid features, and uploaded content. Refunds will not be provided for accounts terminated due to misuse or policy violations.

9. Refund Processing
