FlexLearn AI may generate quizzes, summaries, explanations, flashcards, study guides, practice questions, and other learning materials.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using the generated content appropriately.

FlexLearn AI is not responsible for academic, professional, testing, or personal outcomes based on your use of AI-generated content.

FlexLearn AI may use a credit-based system. Certain actions, including uploads and deletes, may require credits.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Uploads may cost credits;
• Deletes may cost credits;
• Used credits are non-refundable;
• Credits have no cash value;
• Credits may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged outside the platform.

FlexLearn AI reserves the right to modify credit pricing, usage limits, or included features at any time.

Some features may require payment, a subscription, or the purchase of credits.

By making a purchase, you authorize FlexLearn AI or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided.

Subscription fees, if applicable, will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

You agree not to use FlexLearn AI to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use;
• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights;
• Upload harmful code, malware, or illegal content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the platform;
• Use the service to cheat, plagiarize, or violate academic integrity policies;
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own where prohibited;
• Harass, harm, exploit, or target others;
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

FlexLearn AI is intended to support learning, studying, and review. You are responsible for complying with your school, university, employer, certification provider, or testing organization's rules regarding AI tools.

FlexLearn AI is not responsible for disciplinary action, academic penalties, or consequences resulting from misuse of the platform.

FlexLearn AI, including its name, logo, platform design, software, branding, features, and related materials, is owned by FlexLearn AI or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.

Your use of FlexLearn AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

FlexLearn AI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that may harm FlexLearn AI or other users.

FlexLearn AI is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not make warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, educational outcomes, test performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexLearn AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, academic consequences, lost profits, or loss of opportunity.
